John Hutchings Museum of Natural History
Lehi, UT 84043
This museum features many unique western artifacts including Native American relics, various weapons, including the gun used to commit the first murder in Lehi and famed outlaw Jack Slade's chair. Before it was a museum, the building operated as a library, jail, court and civic offices. Stories say there was an inmate suicide when the place was a jail, and that the inmate hanged himself. The original jail cells are still open to the public in the museum. Haunting reports here include EVPs that were captured, and several entities that are known to linger the building.

Reviews
While locking up the museum one night with three other volunteers, the security system refused to arm because motion detectors kept on detecting random bursts of motion in the basement, on the stairs, and in the geology room. Despite several trips to double check to make sure there wasn't anything moving in those areas, the security system kept on saying that there was something moving on the basement stairs and we ended up having to leave the museum that night without arming the alarms.
Other experiences included hearing footsteps and weird sounds from seemingly unoccupied areas of the museum.
