This building dates back to the 1900s and once operated as a brothel and hotel that closed down in the 1970s. Strange sounds have been heard coming from the place, and a woman's apparition has been seen wearing an old-fashioned dress.

I used to live in that building when I was a kid. Right when you walk in there is a sitting area then an office area my bedroom was the room right behind there. I moved there was I was 7-8 left when I was 15. When I was living there my door handle would always shake and it would smell of wild flowers also dark shadows. I would go down to the basement and hang out by the old lockers it was there I can only surmise was an old miner I was about 8 or 9 at the time I could see him clear as day smiling at me and my dog was freaking out I'll never forget the time I lived there and the stiff I seen.
