  • Email Verified Wow! Definitely the goriest haunted house in Utah!

My wife and I visited this place with a few friends last October, and I was very surprised! We go to every haunted house in Salt Lake every year, and this one was something special! We drove from Bountiful to Price to visit, and we were NOT disappointed! When we arrived, honestly we were a little skeptical, mostly because there was only one actor in the line area, but they did have a really cool setup with this kickass giant bat animatronic! And their ticket area was very well lit, which set the mood. They also had a pretty cool looking axe throwing setup inside the building! We only had to wait like 15 minutes before being let into the haunted house which was nice considering the very long lines at haunted houses in Salt Lake! We all did the hands-on option, which was no doubt the most AGGRESSIVE hands on experience we’ve ever had! It was borderline violent which is what we were looking for! Other touch haunts in Utah seem like they are wimpy. Not these guys! Right from the start, this crazy guy in a straight jacket put black bags over me and my wife’s heads and then another guy pulled me away from my wife and covered my mouth with his hand and told me he was going to saw my wife’s head off and then burn her body! I was honestly shocked! I’ve never heard anything like that in my life! The sound in this place is incredible!! Extremely dreadful and atmospheric. These guys are gore OBSESSED! There were so many mangled bodies, blood everywhere, and the actors were very good! Excellent costumes! And they were extremely rough with the hands on in the best way! I got locked in a cage, picked up and thrown in a freezer, and I didn’t see my wife or our friends for the first 20 minutes!! They had this animatronic prop that was a girl, whose head had been cut in half with a shovel, when it was triggered, it leaned forward and sprayed * hopefully * water from her neck hole right in my mouth! So nasty! I loved every second of it! Now… the chainsaw maze…. We spent 15 minutes just in there! My friends wife was separated from us and cornered by the chainsaw guys… she totally cried! They eventually let her go after her persistent begging! All in all, I think we were in there for 45 minutes! The owners talked to us as we were leaving, and it’s just a couple of young guys! I was very surprised! We will DEFINITELY be visiting again this October!

  • Email Verified So amazing!!!

I traveled about an hour and a half from Utah County, and I must say if you are looking for a more intense experience COME HERE! I don’t scare easily, but this haunted house was great! Their props and animations were top notch, and the actors were on point! I will definitely be back, and would recommend that everyone come check this place out! The ticket price was cheaper than any haunted house I’ve been to as well, and the hands on experience upgrade was only $2 more! Definitely worth the money, and the drive!

  • Amazing!

Spookshow is a really great haunted house! Especially for being in a small town! It’s just as good, if not BETTER than most of the haunted houses in Salt Lake! The props are insane! So realistic and gory! A couple of people in my group got the hands on upgrade and they basically disappeared as soon as we got in the haunt and we didn’t see them for another 30 minutes or so! Very scary!
