Most of the monsters and illusions of Dead City Haunted House are built by our in house creative and engineering team.

How long has Dead City Haunted House been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Dead City Haunted House's history?

From humble beginnings at the same location, we reside now, to the nostalgic Utah Fun Dome Haunted House, and many more. Over the years the Dead City spirit found places to temporarily rest before becoming the ultimate attraction we are next to the Murray Cemetery now in our third season.

What's your favorite experience since opening Dead City Haunted House?

Giving those who are considered outcasts a place to fit in together and be our own little community.

How long is a typical haunt experience at Dead City Haunted House from start to finish?

35-45 minutes.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Dead City Haunted House is? Why?

10 all the way. That isn't being biased, we truly jump going through our own attraction.

Does Dead City Haunted House's property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?

The building is part of the old Hi-Land dairy from forever ago. It found new life as the Wagon Master Restaurant in the 90's where an alleged tragedy took place before sitting abandoned for almost two decades. Possibly no other tenant liked living with ghosts as much as we do. Short answer, yes.

Our owner has over 25 years experience building monsters and creating illusions for the industry. While only operating a few years, Dead City Haunted House is truly decades in the making.
